Stayward™ is a discipline and accountability system. It helps you set goals, track consistency, and receive reminders designed to keep you on track.

Payment & Subscriptions


If you subscribe to Stayward Pro:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • You can cancel at any time; no refunds for partial months

  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

  • Pricing may change with reasonable notice

What Stayward™ Is Not

Stayward™ is not a substitute for:

  • Medical treatment or diagnosis

  • Mental health therapy or counseling

  • Crisis intervention or emergency support

  • Professional advice of any kind

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The goals you set and the actions you take

  • How you respond to reminders and accountability feedback

  • Your decisions and their outcomes

  • Maintaining the security of your account

Stayward™ is a tool. The results depend on how you use it.

No Guarantees

We don't guarantee specific outcomes, results, or changes in behavior. Stayward™ is designed to support accountability, but success depends on your commitment and circumstances.

Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Stayward™ at any time. We may also adjust pricing for Pro subscriptions with reasonable notice. We'll do our best to keep you informed, but the app is continuously evolving.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • NoeTender Media, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for missed goals, broken streaks, or outcomes related to your use of the app

  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the past 12 months

This is accountability software, not a guarantee of results.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service

  • Share your account credentials with others

  • Abuse or harass other users or our support team

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Stayward™ after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NoeTender Media, LLC operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
